Celebrity Buys Home in Nashville for $5.2 Million

Singer celebrity, Sheryl Crow, has purchased a second property in the Greater Nashville area for $5.2 million.  Many celebrities find the Greater Nashville area to be the perfect location for their “base” – central location and right in the heart of the music industry.

Her latest purchase is a 50 acre property in Forest Hills in Davidson County. Tax records show the home to be in Hunterdon just off Hillsboro close to Old Hickory. The records also show the house has 7769 square feet, housing 6 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths. It was built in 2005.

Crow’s first home in College Grove on the market

Sheryl Crow also reportedly has her College Grove 154 acre farm listed for sale for $4.5M. College Grove is a beautifully treed rolling hills area 30 miles south of Nashville. This five bedroom home also has a 3 bedroom guest cottage, barn and riding arena.

Nashville is home to a large number of celebrities in the music and entertainment business. Nicole Kidman, Keith Urban, Brad Paisley, Kimberly Paisley and Alan Jackson are just a few.
